Hey! Competition Time!

  Well, our all-time second competition is upon us! Can you believe I'm excited? Yes? Not really? Sorta kinda?
Well, anyway I'm so SO happy everyone had fun with it last time! I didn't know whether anyone would even submit any, or that anyone would even like the idea! Fortunately, people did :3

  This time, rather than the ever-mortifying zombies, we're only going to write a short story about people dressed like monsters and walking around getting candy from strangers. It could be scary, cute, fun, or a ghost story to tell around the campfire, but the topic is Halloween! Ok, it doesn't really have to have people dressed up and getting candy, it could be about anything, just have something to do with Halloween in it :D. It's a little ahead of time, indeed, but it will get us in the mood and prepare us for the ever-approaching holiday!

Rules:

Obviously, must be something to do with Halloween
The word limit is 1313 [This number just spoke to me for our Halloween competition... Don't worry, it's probably only a myth that 13 is unlucky....]
It must be turned in by the 4th of October [Leaving you a fortnight to write it]
Once it's written, email it to me at- sakura.c@goowy.com - and I'll post it so that it's anonymous.
No telling anyone which one is yours!
Lastly, I think it's a good idea, this time, to make it completely original with new characters you've created. That is, no FF writing. [Don't get me wrong, I love FF's, but this way you get to discover the new characters both as the writer, and the reader.]
