I just wanted to say... HEY!
And well, ok, that's not ALL I wanted to say because if it was, I'd be done with this post now.... So obviously, I want to say more, but you get the point :P
How's it going? I know it's tough to keep up with it! I've noticed the blog lately seems a little dead, but please keep trying! This is what you all want so badly! You can do it! I KNOW you can!
Almost all of you I know. Some of you I have yet to have to privilege of meeting, but even so, I believe in you. You wouldn't have joined this blog if you didn't want this REALLY badly! So I KNOW you want to write! I know you want to have a book that has your name on it. Can you imagine that? Just close your eyes and think of it. Your book. The one YOU wrote yourself sitting there on a shelf in bookstores all over.
Just imagine that day anytime you're feeling down about it because I've read so many things from all of you. You're all SO talented! It's really, really amazing to me! I'm so honored and thrilled to have friends all over the world who are so ridiculously brilliant!
If you're stumped, ok, take a break for a day and do something completely different. Relax and stop to smell the roses as they say. You'll figure it out! Definitely! Trust me, the next day, you'll sit down, maybe read some of what you've written, and you'll figure it out!
If you're tired of what's going on, then go back, find out what went haywire with it, and change it! Make it the way you want to make it! There are endless possibilities! Come up with something brilliant or funny or just some random thing you like! You'll make it perfectly.
All of you are great writers, and you all have the potential to be genius authors! So stick it out, keep it up, I know you can do it. Just remind yourself of your goal. Just keep grinding out those menial tasks as often as you can, and before you know it, you'll have something amazing sitting right there in you lap.
You can do it!
"If there is no dull and determined effort, there can be no brilliant achievement. I thank you for that -- grinding out those repetitive, sometimes tedious tasks, every day. It is what eventually gets us to the end result we want."
